Executive Personal Assistant (Work from home)
About the Role
Apex MetalWorks is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our Director of Regional Operations. This is a W-2 employment position—not commission-based—that blends administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks with occasional personal support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Assist with select personal tasks to help maintain work-life balance.
